With the 5 pods system, we play Duke, NC State, UNC and UVA twice each in the fall. That's basically playing the bottom half of the ACC. We've already split with UNC, will pribably sweep UVA tomorrow, NC State is not a good team, and that leaves Duke. Either VT or Duke is going to be in the top 4 in the ACC.

That's a huge jump for VT, which hasn't finished above .500 in the ACC record in over a decade.

This coach is really good. She's upgraded the talent with recruiting and the transfer portal and it's shown instant dividends. I don't see the types of mistakes I saw last year. They're playing with a lot of confidence right now and they're fun to watch.
